Botify Life is an Exyconn Product
These terms govern your use of Botify Life services operated by Exyconn. By using Botify Life, you agree to these terms and Exyconn's general terms of service.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Botify Life, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2 Service Description
Botify Life provides:
- • APIs to MCP server transformation services
- • AI-powered chat interface generation
- • Bot design and LLM customization tools
- • Analytics and monitoring dashboard
3 User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse or attempt to exploit the platform
4 Intellectual Property
The Botify Life platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Exyconn. You retain ownership of your data and API configurations.
5 Limitation of Liability
Exyconn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Botify Life. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
6 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to Botify Life will cease and your data will be handled according to our Data Policy.
